Growth plan for RV SnapPad, 1 Oct 2026
Scale spend. Hold CAC.
RV SnapPad sells permanent jack pads in more than a dozen pad shapes and over 50 packages. The plan: let creators show the fit on their own rigs, test hooks fast, and scale spend only while CAC holds at $52.80, the guard line under an $88.00 ceiling.

- Target CAC
- $52.80
- New ads a week at peak
- 20
- Creators live by week six

10 chapters, then the gates and every number’s source.
01 The number
Protect $52.80 CAC on pads that run from $39.95 to $349.95
The one number to protect is a $52.80 CAC. It sits at 0.6 of an $88.00 ceiling built from a $110 average order, a 40% margin and repeat orders. With pads from $39.95 Singles to the $349.95 EQ Grand Lux 6-Pack, the order mix shifts CAC fast, so every report leads with it.
Protect
Target CAC: $52.80 on a first purchase
Ceiling = average order × margin × (1 + repeat orders): $110 × 40% × (1 + 1) = $88.00. Guard line = 0.6 × $88.00 = $52.80. Across the ranges: $6.80 to $472.43.
Three moves
- Kill any ad still above $52.80 CAC once its $250 test is spent.
- Lead with 4-Pack and 6-Pack bundles like the $349.95 EQ Grand Lux 6-Pack so the average order holds near $110.
- Answer fit in the ad and on the landing page with the Submit Your Rig Quiz, before buyers call Customer Service.

02 Variety
Every ad answers fit first, across over 50 packages
Each concept carries one rig, one jack foot and one problem: sinking into mud, sliding on gravel, kneeling to place wood blocks under the jacks. It shows the pad snapping on, names the matching package, and closes on the 2-Year Warranty. One variable per test, so we know which piece moved CAC.
| Reason to buy | Proof you already have | Ads (proposed) |
|---|---|---|
| Stays on the jack, no blocks | The World's Only Permanent Jack Pad | 4 |
| A pad for nearly every leveler | RV SnapPad now features more than a dozen pad shapes and sizes as well as over 50 different packages. | 4 |
| More surface area under the jack | They increase your jack's surface area by 61% for Xtra (9" jacks) or 326% for Prime (10" jacks). | 3 |
| No kneeling to place blocks | The days of having to get down on my knees and place 4 pieces of rubber or wood under the jacks is gone! | 2 |
| Two-year manufacturer's warranty | Every SnapPad and eligible accessory comes with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. | 2 |
| Military and first responder discount | we offer a 10% standing discount on any SnapPad order. | 2 |
| Made in the US | All SnapPad Products Are Proudly Made in the US | 1 |
| Total | The ad concepts tab | 18 |

Each row is a reason to buy that the brand already has proof for. The count is how many of the ads carry it: a reason with a single ad is a bet, not a pattern, and the next batch of concepts moves toward the reasons that win.
03 Disturbances
Seven risks, led by fit doubt on 8-inch square jack foot owners
| Disturbance | Likelihood | Impact | Owner | Gate (proposed) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Fit doubt: owners with an 8-inch square jack foot stall before checkout | High | High | Both | If quiz traffic adds to cart below site average for two weeks, rewrite the quiz-first page |
| Wrong-size orders come back inside the 30-day return window and erase first-order margin | Med | High | Your team | Returns tracked by package weekly; pause ads on any package above the site return average |
| Singles from $39.95 outsell 4-Packs and the average order lands below $110 | High | High | Me | If average order sits below $110 for two weeks, move spend to 4-Pack and 6-Pack ads |
| Creator shows the wrong package on a rig, creating a fit claim the site can't back | Med | High | Both | Every creator video checked against the Submit Your Rig Quiz result before it runs |
| Grip figures like 89% to 274% used out of context in ads | Med | Med | Me | Claims sheet signed off by your team in Week 1; no claim runs without a source line |
| Paid ads clash with hundreds of RV dealerships selling the same pads | Low | Med | Your team | No codes in ads beyond the existing 10% programs; dealer complaints reviewed at day 30 |
| Phone orders at 1-866-923-9538 and Super SnapPader code sales go unattributed | Med | High | Your team | Phone and code orders logged against campaigns by day 14 |
Scores are my read from outside the company, re-scored in week one with your data. Each risk has one owner and one gate that can be checked with a number, so nobody has to argue about whether it happened.
04 The ceiling
An $88.00 ceiling from a $110 order and a 40% margin, both guessed
| Line | Value | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Average order | $110 (range $12.95–$349.95) | Assumption Range from the site product prices (Published); the midpoint is a guess |
| Gross margin | 40% (range 35–45%) | Assumption Replace in week one |
| Repeat orders after the first | 1 (range 0.5–2) | Assumption Replace with cohort data in week one |
| Margin per customer, all orders | $88.00 | Calculated Average order × margin × (1 + repeat orders) |
| Guard line for CAC | $52.80 | Calculated 0.6 × the margin per customer |
The math, with the assumed lines
Ceiling = average order × margin × (1 + repeat orders): $110 × 40% × (1 + 1) = $88.00. Guard line = 0.6 × $88.00 = $52.80. Across the ranges: $6.80 to $472.43.
Range across the assumptions: $7 to $472.
The $110 order, 40% margin and repeat orders are my guesses, not your numbers. The $88.00 ceiling and $52.80 guard line move once week one shows real orders. The range runs $6.80 to $472.43.
The ceiling is a range, not one number: the most a new customer can cost before shipping and packaging, which I do not have. Replace the guessed lines with yours and every figure below recalculates.
05 Test ramp
$24,000 of StakPad® and EQ tests over six weeks before any scale
| Week | New ads × budget / ad (proposed) | Weekly test spend | Cumulative | Creators posting | CAC target (proposed) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 12 × $250 | $3,000 | $3,000 | 0 | $53 |
| 2 | 12 × $250 | $3,000 | $6,000 | 2 | $53 |
| 3 | 12–20 × $250 | $4,000 | $10,000 | 4 | $53 |
| 4 | 12–20 × $250 | $4,000 | $14,000 | 6 | $53 |
| 5 | 20 × $250 | $5,000 | $19,000 | 8 | $53 |
| 6 | 20 × $250 | $5,000 | $24,000 | 10 | $53 |
Weeks 1 and 2 run 12 ads at $250 each, $3,000 a week. Weeks 3 and 4 open to 12–20 ads at $4,000 each. Weeks 5 and 6 run 20 ads at $5,000 each. StakPad® and EQ hooks go first, losers killed early, $24,000 of tests in total before scale.
The math. Week 1: 12 × $250 = $3,000; Week 2: 12 × $250 = $3,000; Week 3: 16 × $250 = $4,000; Week 4: 16 × $250 = $4,000; Week 5: 20 × $250 = $5,000; Week 6: 20 × $250 = $5,000. Total $24,000 (96 ads × $250). A range such as 12–20 counts as its midpoint.
Weeks one and two test what the brand already has, rewritten per reason to buy. From week three, creator videos enter paid only after they beat their own account median. A range of new ads counts as its midpoint in the spend column.
06 Volume
20 to 80 concepts: more SnapJack® and StakPad® hooks, more winners
Volume moves CAC because winners are rare. In this plan 20 concepts give 2 winners and $18,000 of added spend; 80 give 8 and $72,000. Winner share and spend per winner are my assumptions; StakPad® and EQ results replace them.
| Concepts tested / month | Hit rate (assumed) | New winners / month | Spend each winner holds (assumed) | Added spend at target CAC |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 20 | 10% | 2 | $300 / day | $18,000 / month |
| 40 | 10% | 4 | $300 / day | $36,000 / month |
| 60 | 10% | 6 | $300 / day | $54,000 / month |
| 80 | 10% | 8 | $300 / day | $72,000 / month |
The math. 20 concepts × 10% = 2 winners × $300 × 30 days = $18,000 a month; 40 concepts × 10% = 4 winners × $300 × 30 days = $36,000 a month; 60 concepts × 10% = 6 winners × $300 × 30 days = $54,000 a month; 80 concepts × 10% = 8 winners × $300 × 30 days = $72,000 a month.
The hit rate and the spend each winner holds are placeholders. The first thirty days of tests replace them with real numbers, and the table is recalculated the same day.
07 Allocation
$100,000 split by what wins on Singles versus 4-Packs
- Meta prospecting with fifth wheel creator video
- $45,000
- 45%
- Retargeting quiz visitors with the matching package
- $25,000
- 25%
- Creator pay for fit and install footage
- $20,000
- 20%
- New tests: YouTube and TikTok hooks for SnapJack®
- $10,000
- 10%
Proposed split of the $100,000; it moves every week toward whatever holds CAC under $52.80.
The math. 45% × $100,000 = $45,000; 25% × $100,000 = $25,000; 20% × $100,000 = $20,000; 10% × $100,000 = $10,000. Sum 100% = $100,000.
This split is a proposal. It moves toward scaling as winners prove out, and toward testing when fatigue shows.
08 Channels
Meta first, then the Super SnapPader affiliate path you already run
| Channel | Open when (proposed) | Why wait |
|---|---|---|
| Meta | Week 1, with creator video and quiz-first landing pages | Fifth wheel and motorhome owners are reachable there by interest and lookalike |
| Google Search | Week 1, on jack-brand queries like Lippert, Equalizer and HWH | Owners searching their jack foot already know they need a pad |
| YouTube | Once three creator videos hold CAC under $52.80 | Install and setup videos are where RV owners already learn their rig |
| TikTok | After Meta winners exist, to test the same SnapJack® hooks | Short install clips travel there; a second read on proven hooks |
| Super SnapPader affiliate | Day 30, once creator codes are tracked | Every sale on a personal code already pays $10, so creators can share it |
A channel opens when its condition is true, not when the calendar says so. Until then the budget stays where the CAC is earned.
09 Payback
At $95 CAC a $110 SnapPad order never pays back: stop
Payback decides how far spend can go. At $25 CAC the first order pays back with $63.00 left. At $55 it takes repeat orders to leave $33.00. At $95 or $125 it never pays: stop. Permanent pads may not bring a second order soon, so repeat orders are the weakest guess here.
Cumulative margin per customer, order by order, before CAC: $44.00, $88.00.
| CAC (scenario) | First-order margin | Year-one margin | Left after CAC | Payback |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| $25 | $44.00 | $88.00 | $63.00 | First order |
| $55 | $44.00 | $88.00 | $33.00 | After repeat orders |
| $95 | $44.00 | $88.00 | −$7.00 | Never: stop |
| $125 | $44.00 | $88.00 | −$37.00 | Never: stop |
The math. CAC $25: $88.00 − $25 = $63.00 left; pays back: First order; CAC $55: $88.00 − $55 = $33.00 left; pays back: After repeat orders; CAC $95: $88.00 − $95 = −$7.00 left; pays back: Never: stop; CAC $125: $88.00 − $125 = −$37.00 left; pays back: Never: stop.
Read each row left to right: the margin of the first purchase, the margin over the whole horizon, what is left after CAC, and the purchase on which the CAC is earned back. A scenario that never pays back is a stop, not a test.
10 Scope
Paid social and creators for SnapPad; tracking build stays with you
Covers
- Meta, YouTube and TikTok ad testing on StakPad®, SnapJack® and EQ lines
- Creator recruiting, briefs and the hook library for fifth wheel and motorhome owners
- Landing pages that put the Submit Your Rig Quiz before the price
- Daily CAC, weekly learnings, monthly cohort payback reporting
Doesn’t
- Event tracking build: I spec it, your team ships it
- Dealer and distributor relationships across North America
- Fit answers for customers: that stays with Customer Service
- Product claims sign-off: your team approves the claims sheet
What this plan covers is what I can change inside the ad account and the creator program. Everything outside it is named on the right so nobody assumes it is handled.
Gates, written before spend, so stopping isn’t a negotiation.
| Day | Keep going if (proposed) | Stop or change if |
|---|---|---|
| Day 14 | At least one ad holds CAC at or under $52.80 on a StakPad® or EQ package | No ad under $88.00 CAC after $6,000 of tests |
| Day 30 | Blended CAC under $52.80 with 6 creators live and phone orders attributed | Blended CAC above $88.00 after $14,000 of tests |
| Day 60 | CAC holds under $52.80 while spend scales toward the $100,000 budget | Average order below $110 and CAC above $55 for four weeks |
| Day 90 | Cohorts pay back inside the $55 CAC scenario with repeat orders counted | Any cohort tracking to the $95 CAC scenario: never pays back |
Each gate is checked on its day with the numbers in the daily and weekly reports. If the stop condition is true, the spend stops and nothing renews until we talk.
What exists, what’s missing, and the order that’s forced.
| Piece | Exists today | Missing | Forced order |
|---|---|---|---|
| creative | Product photos for StakPad®, SnapJack® SJ and EQ Grand on dirt | Hook library and 12 ads a week from real rigs | Week 1 |
| creators | Super SnapPader affiliate code paying $10 a sale | 10 fifth wheel and motorhome owners filming installs | 1st |
| claims sheet | Grip figures like 89% to 274% on product pages | One sheet of approved claims, each with a source | Week 1 |
| landing pages | Submit Your Rig Quiz and 2-Year Warranty on the site | Quiz-first pages per jack brand and foot shape | 2nd |
| reporting | Phone orders at 1-866-923-9538 and personal discount codes | Phone and code orders attributed to campaigns | 1st |
The order is forced on purpose: creative and creators come first because they are what moves CAC, and everything else waits for that data.

Month one is where it starts.
In week one: 12 ads live at $250 each on StakPad®, SnapJack® and EQ hooks, the first 2 creators briefed on fifth wheel installs, one quiz-first landing page, the claims sheet sent to your team, and daily CAC against $52.80 from day one.
